History
Air Comfort HVAC, Inc., has earned its accreditation as a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer in Georgia - the first to serve Whitfield, Murray,
Catoosa and Walker counties. This endorsement program was designed by Carrier Corporation to promote quality, excellence and attention to detail
in solving the heating and cooling needs of homeowners by Carrier dealers.
Hal Roberts remarkable success story began 19 years ago, when he founded Air Comfort in Dalton, the same small town where he was born.
After a decade of steady expansion, his family-owned business has become the largest residential heating and air conditioning company in the area.
With numerous "Outstanding Performance" and "Outstanding Sales and Service" awards from Carrier, Air Comfort has established itself as the premier
dealership in a variety of Georgia and Tennessee counties.
Today, Carrier is proud to recognize Hal Roberts, his staff and his company for their years of dedication to high quality equipment, training, and
customer service by naming Air Comfort a Factory Authorized Dealer, which is an HVAC industry honor that only five percent of dealerships nationwide can boast.
Roberts grew up in Rocky Face and remains deeply involved in the community. His company sponsors the baseball team at Northwest High School, regularly
contributes to a local charity for blind children, and actively supports a local bible camp. "I feel very fortunate that the success of Air Comfort has
allowed me to stay in my hometown and thrive here, "says Roberts. "I know the people, and I love the area."
Roberts credits his dedicated and experienced staff for the continued growth of his business. Air Comfort insists that all installation and service
technicians continue to take the latest training classes all year round to remain on the cutting edge of HVAC technology. "They taught me what it takes
to be a success, both in the field as a technician and in the office as a businessman. After working side-by-side with those two men, I was really polished
by the time I opened Air Comfort."
Customers receive a one year, 100 percent satisfaction guarantee from Carrier if they choose a dealer who has met the rigorous standards of the Factory
Authorized Dealer program, as Air Comfort has accomplished.
"We're proud that Air Comfort has achieved Factory Authorized Dealer status," says Halsey Cook, president of Carrier's North America Residential business unit.
"Their reputation for excellent customer service is evident in their work, and they've been one of our top dealers in the United States, so it's no surprise they
would be one of the first to qualify for this distinction."
Andy Paskins, Carrier channel marketing manager, agrees. "When homeowners see Air Comfort with the Factory Authorized Dealer label, they can count on peace
of mind and a 'no risk' option, says Paskins. "This means fewer, if any, callbacks, hassle-free transactions and superior customer service."
